Perfect Tune From the Box

How the singers record perfect songs.

First they do many samples in the studio. That is they sing the same song for hours or maybe just parts of it at at time. Then the technicians pick the best parts form different versions, run them through auto-tune and stitch them together. That's why sometimes when you listen to a song it has no emotional continuity but it's just like a human drum with raps with slightly different moods that come one after another out of nowhere.

"every singer now presumes that you'll just run their voice through the box"

Auto-tune is a very simple tool though tunes your voice perfectly. It was originally intended to disguise or correct off-key inaccuracies, allowing vocal tracks to be perfectly tuned despite originally being slightly off-key.

My suspicion is they can, after taking many samples to re-synthesize a voice and do a perfect song with no human participation and that being the case with most songs we heard in the last few years.
